Our services. We provide independent, commercial-only repair for restaurant and commercial kitchen equipment. We are an independent service, not affiliated with True, Traulsen, Turbo Air, Vulcan, Garland, Hobart, Manitowoc, Hoshizaki or any other brand, and not a manufacturer-authorized center; all brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use genuine OEM parts and our work is our own.

Estimates and pricing. Our diagnostic / service call is $125, credited toward the repair when you proceed. Any repair estimate is provided before work begins and is based on the diagnosis; parts prices and availability can change, and a firm quote is confirmed on site. After-hours emergency service carries an emergency rate, quoted up front. Prices shown on this website are typical market ranges for reference, not a fixed quote.

Warranty. Completed repairs are backed by a 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty covering the parts we install and the labor we perform, under normal commercial use. The warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults, damage from misuse or lack of maintenance, power or water-supply problems, or work performed by others after our visit.

Scheduling and access. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule and location. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment. Sealed-system and refrigerant work is performed by an EPA-certified technician, and commercial gas work is performed to code — safety devices are repaired to spec, never bypassed.

Limitation of liability. Our liability for any claim relating to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair; we are not liable for consequential losses such as spoiled inventory or lost business, though our fast response is designed to minimize them.
